Autism Inspired Academy issued the following announcement on Feb. 14.
We would like to first acknowledge David Nelson Construction for all they have done to help Autism Inspired Academy from the beginning. Large or small projects, they have always been there for AIA. Specifically, we would like to honor Austin Somerfield and present him with the Marty Monfre Volunteer Award for 2022. He has volunteered countless hours on weekends and after long days at work to help with improvements that keep our students safe.
Volunteers like Austin empower students at AIA to have lives of meaning, purpose, and joy.
