Congratulations to Officer Joe Torch of the Belleair Police Department for receiving the VFW Law Enforcement Public Service Award. Officer Torch was honored for his accomplishments serving the community with the Belleair Police Department for over a decade.
Officer Torch interacts with all citizens in a manner which brings credit to law enforcement, he works hard to better our community, and he is invaluable to our agency. Congratulations Officer Torch!!
