City Of Clearwater issued the following announcement on Aug. 29.
Congratulations to these new American citizens! With the help of the Clearwater Public Library System's East Community Library Citizenship Tutoring program, two of its members have passed the test to become American citizens.
If you're interested in the program, call the library at (727) 562-4970 and select 6 for more information about the program and to join the waitlist.
