City Of Clearwater issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
The Publix Clearwater Rock 'n' Roll Running Series is almost ready to rock and roll into Clearwater Oct. 1 & 2. This jam-packed, music-filled race course will go from Pier 60 through Downtown Clearwater, Belleair, Sand Key and back to Clearwater Beach. Make sure to take note of the race route as a number of areas throughout Clearwater, including the Memorial Causeway and Sand Key Bridge will be impacted by road closures and traffic delays.
