Home prices increased in Largo during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Largo rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 70 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 13.2 percent increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Largo in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Largo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,518, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for May.
