Meet this year’s honoree for Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Vu Tran. Vu served the City of Largo for several years including as a crime prevention police officer from 2017 to 2022. Officer Tran attended dozens of community events, educated residents on public safety and crime prevention, coordinated Largo’s participation in the National Night Out campaign that connects residents and law enforcement through family-friendly events, and much more.
Vu recently started a new chapter outside of the city. Thank you for your service to Largo and dedication to community, Vu!
