City Of Clearwater issued the following announcement on Feb 12.
Progress on Imagine Clearwater construction in Clearwater’s iconic Coachman Park continues with the foundation for event restrooms being put in place adjacent to the Main Library on N. Osceola Avenue. Construction on structural support for the planned 4,000-seat amphitheater has also begun.
Each of the installments seen at ground level painted orange are the top of pilings 75 to 100 feet deep!
