On Nov. 29, Wilbur Angela M. and Michael A. Lauer purchased a home at 2962 Kenilwick Drive, Clearwater from Heritage United Methodist Church at Countryside Inc. for $387,200.

So far in November 2021, 59 properties sold in Clearwater.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2962 Kenilwick Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: John David Silkauskas, 39, and Emily Christeen Silkuskas, 33.
