City Of Safety Harbor issued the following announcement on Nov. 22.
All City of Safety Harbor Facilities will be closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday. In addition to these closures, some facilities will have modified hours.
Modified Facility Hours:
On Wednesday, 11/24, Safety Harbor Library, Rigsby Recreation Center, and Safety Harbor Museum will close at 3pm; the Community Center and Fitness Center will close at 6pm. The Library and Community Center will re-open on Saturday, 11/27.
Trash/Recycling:
There will be NO recycling collection on Thanksgiving Day, November 25. In order to accommodate recycling pick-up, Thursday recycling will be picked up on Wednesday, November 24. Yard waste collection will be suspended. Place yard waste with your regular trash for Monday or Tuesday bulk collection during this week.
