EMAIL & TEXT PHISHING SCAM ALERT!
Our pastors and staff all have emails using the @anona.com domain name. The pastors will never text or email you from this account, or any other, with personal appeals for gift cards or other requests like the one described in this article from the Better Business Bureau. And if our pastors (or staff) are ever stranded in a foreign country, be assured that they will not email to ask you for urgent assistance. When it comes to churches and other non-profits, fraudsters are most eager to take advantage of the benevolence and trusting nature of those involved. Check out these tips to stay cyber-safe.
Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry is a confidential lay ministry that provides distinctively Christian one-on-one care to those who are experiencing all kinds of life needs and circumstances both in our congregation and community. A caring friend who really listens and will keep everything confidential. If you, or someone you know needs a Stephen Minister you may contact Stephen Leader: Clara Wehrfritz, 727-463-1767 or call the church office at 727-595-2581 ext. 408.
