Parents!
Consider encouraging your children (ourselves too) to go barefoot outside!!!!
Barefoot play has so many potential benefits, here are a few;
-strengthens muscles in feet & ankles
-improves balance & posture.
-improves alignment of muscles through the legs.
-earthing; taps into the earths natural energy
-can improve quality of sleep.
-fosters a connection with nature.
I have read alot about barefoot play; one book I found helpful was “balanced and barefoot” written by Angela Hanscom Incase anyone wants more information!
