Safety Harbor median home prices rose by 14.5% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Safety Harbor rose by $42,900 while total sales increased by 14.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,900 - a 14.5% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Safety Harbor in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Safety Harbor for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,445, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
