Median home prices in Clearwater rose to $259,000 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Clearwater rose by $64,350 while total sales increased by 22.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 443 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 33.1% increase over the $194,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 362 homes sold in Clearwater in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Clearwater for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,790, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
