Safety Harbor median home prices rose by 33.3% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Safety Harbor rose by $90,000 while total sales increased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Safety Harbor in the second quarter of 2020.
