The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Oldsmar fell by $40,750 while total sales decreased by 28%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,750 - a 15.9% decrease over the $255,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Oldsmar in the second quarter of 2020.
