Safety Harbor median home prices rose by 20% in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Safety Harbor rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 20% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Safety Harbor in June 2020.
