Median home prices in Largo rose to $290,000 in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Largo rose by $48,750 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 20.2% increase over the $241,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Largo in June 2020.
