Home prices increased in Clearwater during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Clearwater rose by $66,000 while total sales decreased by 18.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 32.4% increase over the $204,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Clearwater in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Clearwater for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,790, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
