Dunedin median home prices rose by 29.9% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Dunedin rose by $63,250 while total sales decreased by 40.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 29.9% increase over the $211,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Dunedin in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Dunedin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,886, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
