Median home prices in Clearwater rose to $210,000 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Clearwater rose by $41,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 45 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 24.3% increase over the $169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Clearwater in February 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Clearwater for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,790, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
