Dunedin home prices rose in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Dunedin rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,250 - a 3.9% increase over the $258,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Dunedin in January 2020.
