Indian Rocks Beach home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Indian Rocks Beach rose by $65,100 while total sales decreased by 65.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $565,000 - a 13% increase over the $499,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Indian Rocks Beach in the second half of 2019.
