Safety Harbor median home prices rose by 21.3% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Safety Harbor rose by $64,000 while total sales decreased by 80.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $364,500 - a 21.3% increase over the $300,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 202 homes sold in Safety Harbor in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Safety Harbor for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,445, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
