Home prices increased in Dunedin during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Dunedin rose by $12,250 while total sales decreased by 81.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,450 - a 4.9% increase over the $251,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 501 homes sold in Dunedin in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Dunedin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,886, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
