Home prices increased in Dunedin during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Dunedin rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 84%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $252,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 256 homes sold in Dunedin in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Dunedin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,886, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
