Belleair home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Belleair rose by $902,500 while total sales decreased by 84.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,250,000 - a 259.7% increase over the $347,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Belleair in the third quarter of 2019.
