Safety Harbor home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Safety Harbor rose by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 80.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,000 - a 19.1% increase over the $299,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in Safety Harbor in the third quarter of 2019.
