Largo home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Largo rose by $41,500 while total sales decreased by 90.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,000 - a 19.3% increase over the $214,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 168 homes sold in Largo in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Largo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,518, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
