Dunedin home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Dunedin fell by $51,500 while total sales decreased by 82.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $201,000 - a 20.4% decrease over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Dunedin in August 2019.
