Belleair Beach home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Belleair Beach rose by $163,400 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $815,000 - a 25.1% increase over the $651,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Belleair Beach in the first half of 2019.
