Safety Harbor home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Safety Harbor rose by $19,050 while total sales decreased by 78.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $280,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in Safety Harbor in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Safety Harbor for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,445, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
