Dunedin home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Dunedin fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 77.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $248,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 485 homes sold in Dunedin in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Dunedin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,886, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
