Largo home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Largo rose by $31,150 while total sales decreased by 81.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 155 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 16.8% increase over the $185,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 842 homes sold in Largo in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Largo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,518, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
