Safety Harbor home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Safety Harbor fell by $31,200 while total sales decreased by 72.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 10.2% decrease over the $306,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Safety Harbor in the second quarter of 2019.
