Dunedin home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Dunedin rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 82.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,500 - a 1.8% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 250 homes sold in Dunedin in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Dunedin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,886, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
