Oldsmar home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Oldsmar fell by $18,750 while total sales decreased by 77.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,750 - a 6.9% decrease over the $271,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Oldsmar in the second quarter of 2019.
