Largo home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Largo rose by $32,600 while total sales decreased by 80.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 16.3% increase over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 419 homes sold in Largo in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Largo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,518, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
