Dunedin home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Dunedin fell by $16,050 while total sales decreased by 75.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,950 - a 6% decrease over the $268,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Dunedin in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Dunedin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,886, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
