Safety Harbor home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Safety Harbor rose by $1,750 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,750 - a 0.6% increase over the $299,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Safety Harbor in November 2018.
