Dunedin home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Dunedin fell by $15,250 while total sales decreased by 82.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,500 - a 6.4% decrease over the $238,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Dunedin in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Dunedin for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,699, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
