Safety Harbor home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Safety Harbor rose by $30,500 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,500 - a 9.8% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Safety Harbor in March 2019.
