Dunedin home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Dunedin rose by $11,450 while total sales decreased by 80.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,450 - a 5.1% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Dunedin in March 2019.
