Oldsmar home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Oldsmar rose by $4,050 while total sales decreased by 85.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 1.8% increase over the $228,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Oldsmar in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Oldsmar for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,280, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
