Belleair Bluffs home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Belleair Bluffs rose by $24,100 while total sales decreased by 70.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $225,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Belleair Bluffs in the first quarter of 2019.
