On Sunday, March 9, former Largo High School standout Harrison Povey’s current college team, the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Bethune–Cookman Wildcats.
The game took place at Swanson Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Wildcats this season.
The Coast Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 6 p.m. at FIU Baseball Stadium against FIU Golden Panthers.
